Toolper assumes no liability for property damage, injury, or death resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided in this app.
1. Educational Purposes Only: You acknowledge and agree that all project organization canvases, third-party YouTube tutorials, and equipment or tool recommendations provided within this application are strictly for general educational and informational purposes. This application does not provide professional engineering, electrical, plumbing, or construction advice.
2. No Certification or Qualification: Utilizing a recommended tool or viewing a video tutorial through this platform does not certify, qualify, or license you to perform hazardous, regulated, or high-risk tasks.
3. Inherent Hazards and Professional Consulting: Certain projects—specifically those involving high-voltage electricity, wiring, structural changes, or specialized systems—carry severe risks of property damage, serious personal injury, electrocution, or death. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own technical capabilities. You agree to consult and hire a certified, licensed, and insured professional for any work posing a risk of personal injury or requiring official permits.
4. Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you explicitly assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage resulting from the execution of any project documented or researched using this application. You release the application, its creators, and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or legal actions arising from accidents, injuries, or property damage sustained during your DIY projects.
Toolper offers a free tier (limited to 3 active projects) and a premium "Pro" tier (providing unlimited project capacity). All payments are securely processed through Stripe. You are paying strictly for platform utility, cloud storage capacity, and project organization features. You are not paying for access to proprietary content, third-party manuals, or copyrighted datasets.
Toolper contains links to third-party affiliate websites (e.g., Home Depot, Amazon). If you purchase products through these links, Toolper may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the products, services, or privacy practices of these third parties.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or completely discontinue the Toolper application, its server infrastructure, or any of its services at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Toolper shall bear no liability or financial obligation to any user (including both active subscribers and cancelled users who retain project access) for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
In the event that the Toolper platform is permanently shut down or decommissioned, our sole obligation to users (whether active or cancelled) is to provide a reasonable, designated notice period of no less than thirty (30) days. During this window, users will be permitted to export, download, or otherwise copy their project data before the servers and associated databases are permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this site.
